THE CHECK-IN CIRCLE

Experience a unique and guided creative journey at THE CHECK-IN CIRCLE, an art therapy session held in honor of Suicide Prevention Month. This event, facilitated by a licensed therapist, will explore how art can be a powerful tool for self-expression and reflection, aiding in emotional well-being. Participants will engage in various artistic activities designed to foster connection and promote mental health. No prior experience is necessary; just bring your creativity and we’ll provide the art supplies. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to harness the therapeutic benefits of art in a supportive and nurturing environment.
